I personally think its waaaay too expensive its a lovely frame and one of my favourite colours for the Kilauea and thats the reason I went in pretty strong at £170 but there's no way in this world I would have gone over £200 :?

Makes the 1997 17" Explosif I just got off ebay for £250 seem like a bargain

Well I had to buy something to cheer myself up after missing out on the Kilauea I've never been too fussed on the 97 colours but its been growing on me since Wadsy has been posting pics of his

Pretty much as Anthony says, I know this was more than it was probably worth (subjective/comparative) but would rather spend that little extra on what looks like a nice frame than keep 'trawling'. When I was younger I could easily spend that on a night out on the 'high life'

It was a little higher than I'd hoped for but I went in high and I'm not disapointed.

Until the Mrs finds out........

Will post when I get around to building it up. Got most of the bits I need, I think, won't be a 'top-end' spec' respray type build, just a decent job to get it out riding.

I still think its waaay too expensive for the frame alone but when you consider what the price for the complete bike is likely to be once you've built it up, your going to have a VERY nice bike for comparatively little money

I'm pretty sure you still get the prize for highest price ever paid on ebay for a Kilauea frame though

Sorry about the Explosive Anthony if its any consolation I was only trawling ebay to try and take my mind off the terrible pain of my wisdom teeth coming through :? so I might have a nice Explosif but I am in constant pain
