What I believe is a Kona Impact headset. It came from my Kona Kilauea 1993 when I converted to A head. All working well before conversion but one of the small 5/32 ball bearings is missing.

Are you sure this is an Impact headset, says Control Centre on the side of the plastic cover...?

It does indeed say Control Centre on it, but as far as I can tell there are no functional differences between the two. Personally, I'm not too bothered as long as it marries my 142mm P2 steerer to my 110mm headtube as intended!
