Yes it is indeed TET798.
Our new recruit Elijah popped a link and some pictures on the Kona Hot Serial Number List thread on 25th April. Elijah asked the seller to confirm the partially obscured Serial Number. Mind you, after doing this stuff for a few years now, I had pretty much deciphered the first digit as a "7"
It didn't sell with that listing last month, but it has been re-listed at a reduced price - bargain I reckon.

Tom Teesdale was a frame builder who Kona commissioned to build their Hot model from 1991 to 1995. For your wonga you got a Hand Build frame by a reputable builder to Joe Murray's specification, in a single custom colour of you choice.
There was an option to have a custom size / geometry for an extra £150, and additional colours / fades were an extra £35.
There will be someone on here who can do better justice than me to Tom's reputation and skills as a frame builder.
