Kona Hot. I have trouble making out the serial number.

I'm calling #264. "HT" is a bit messed up but for now, I've recorded it as:

HT 264 - 18" 1996 Stars ‘n’ Bars, Goathead Dropouts, Rear Brake Stop.

Happy to correct and adjust with better pictures. That makes 14 1996 Hots
