Look like a pre fabrication spot something for bottle cage mount. Looks indeed strange.

That BIN is about $300 to high surely? I thought the last one went for about £400.

That's exactly what I thought about that dent. To perfect to have been done by accident.

Thsi will be back for sale tonight . Apparently the dent is due to the bottle cage and bottles .

If any of you are interested before it goes onto ebay , give me a shout .

He would like around 750 euros for it ( £475 ) , but it might be negociable .
