Kona head tube badge

Iv'e ofter'n wondered why some bike brands don't do head badge's.

I suppose the disadvantage is the weight ^^

However I love specialized but believe they dont do headbadge's either, this is frustrating, I personally believe a head badge is more classy and individual than a sticker.

Guess particularly in the case of specialized you could get one made!.

Sadly my engineering skill's do not stretch to fabricating head badges.

I dont think the weight is an issue, Kona have made a proper badge for their new all carbon cross country frame, the new kileuea

Re: decals

they sell the original tropical theme sticker set for my bike but I want to keep it black, white and aluminium only so have to go with black decals from a newer kona design as sold here

I have to say you can do way better than that on here! If you do a search for the number of satisfied customers who sing Gil_M's praises, you might crash your PC. His copies are the most authentic you'll find, way better than anything on eBay. I can't give you a link, but I'm sure I've seen numerous examples where he has changed the colours from the original to the customer's choice.

And you don't even get Muni Mula stickers on that eBay sheet you're looking at. Kona go to all the trouble to name the bike aluminum backwards, and you don't even bother to get a sticker for it! I don't know, the youth of today, is nothing sacred? :roll:
