Finally I have a nice bike for this season, having bit the retro bug late last year, the winter has just been about upgrading and weight. Bought the Kona frame and built it up with my old bits. Next was trying to get the weight down, now to 25.5 lbs. the main weight saving was the wheels and tyres. M6CD were replaced with 231CD and older tyres for more mudern sub 500gram jobs.
Having never been a Kona rider before this is a good bike. I am 6'2" and the frame is 19" with a 23.5" top tube and 130mm stem. The Konas do ride nice.
