Kona Frame Identification Help please

I am pretty sure that somewhere Anthony provided the geometry including the various dimensions tapers etc of the seat and top tubes for the 89 or 90 Explosif and indicated that a serial number starting with T indicated the Taiwan Bike Company who only made Explosifs for Kona but of course I can't fid it when I want it.

Not read it through so may not be useful, too knackered and full of cold...

Edit: Sorry, I told you I was ill, just realised it's what you posted above....

Yes that was one of them thanks, but there was another more comprehensive one somewhere.

I hope you have dosed your cold with a toddy.

If it is a 90 or 91 Explosif, it is made of Tange Prestige Concept, and they didn't use that tubeset for any other model at that time, so that will identify it as an Explosif. If it doesn't have the blue Concept sticker on the seat tube, the other way of identifying Concept is that the top and down tubes are of the same thickness and are characterised by an oval shape that also tapers wider at the front - it goes from 27mm (wide) by 30 at the rear to 30 by 34 at the front.

This Frame is follows:
Top tube: Front 30 by 34 tapering to 28 by 30 rear
Down tube: Front 31 by 33.7 tapering to 28 by 30 rear
Seat tube: Top 30 by 30 tapering to 28 by 29 at the Mech then rising to 30 by 34 at the Bottom.
