Kona Frame ID Please

Anyone ID this frame please.

Got no ideas on model or year.

Did Kona have snake stay?

Sorry not sure what it actually is, only that I don't think it's a Kona. The seat tube doesn't extend far enough past the top tube and it has a welded on canti cable stop bridge where Kona used their Dog collar. Also the snakestays as @mk one mentioned.

Also, not sure if it's the angle of the pictures but the top tube doesn't appear to slope down enough for Kona. So, another vote for not being a Kona frame.
