It was until the USA built Hot came along.....
Right shifter downgrade.. Mavic front hub at least and looks to be a Ti stem as well. If the stem and seat post aren't stuck (at which I would be truly amazed). Could be a very nice buy

Seatpost looks to be a (more modern?) carbon jobby, so you might get away with it.
I'm trying to justify this as it's local, but I've genuinely no current use for it and slightly lacking on space as it is. Although it is a much higher-end bike than my current steed's so would probably be worth doing a bit of chopping & changing to accommodate it!

Ha! I almost added to my post that i thought it was a decent size because the headtube is quite long and top tube looks to be above the rear tyre.
But I'm not going to argue with you, having read enough of your posts to know that your knowledge is far greater than mine!
Though in this case perhaps its a question of interpretation of a dodgy angle on a dodgy photo?

It could easily be, but the 20" headtube you can fit a few tube widths in. That looks to be about a tubes width.
Could be an 18" actually, easy to find out. Just ask him to measure
