Yes you are right..for a 20 year old bike it looks really nice

That's closer to a 17" (c-t) frame as they measured them from the top of the bb back in '91.

Everything he says in his description is correct as far as I can see.

Although his claim that the nice blue colour is the result of the original purple fading sounds a bit dubious, it is actually true - I've see seen a picture of a blue 91 Explosif seat tube with a purple band where it had been covered up by the front derailleur.
