It's time for me to move the Konas on so here they are.....
2 Bikes from the very first year of Kona production....
The Explosif is in very good nick for it's age....a few rub marks on the paint and very very mild pitting on the yellow of splatter effect...hard to describe without seeing it but it's very minor and doesn't detract from a lovely paintjob. Comes fully equipped with Deore groupset / XT 2 finger levers / M737 SPD's / Araya RM20's / Avocet saddle / Kona Maximum & Reaction Tires. Fully functioning beauty hence the price tag..... Remember these are pretty rare...and in this £500 posted in UKcondition....
The Cindercone is also in very good nick. Paint is good with minimal scuff marks. Mountain LX groupset / Araya RM20's on Deore Hubs / Velocity stem / Avocet Saddle. Again fully functioning. Asking £250 posted for this one.
Both Measure the same at 18.5 Centre BB to Top of Seattube / 17.5in C-T-C and 22in top tube. I guess these were the 18" versions as they went from 16"/18"/19"/21"....
Obviously i need to organise some more pics but my camera has just run flat so here's a few for the mo'....
