Perhaps the questions and answers are putting people off, but as you imply beneath comedy of that sort can lurk the best bargains. And also starting off saying you won't post and then changing your mind never seems to work. The headline still says pick-up only and that's all that most potential bidders are going to notice.
The crossbar (top tube) measurement of 66cm would be about right for somebody over seven feet tall, but I expect he means 56cm. And the Kona expert who has advised him is completely wrong, and doesn't appear to know that Kona measured differently up to 1992.
It does appear to be a 1992 size 19 (c-t 19.7) and if so a tt of 56cm would be correct. I think you're right that it's an Explosif Pro, and it may well be in quite good condition. I find roadies are generally pretty careful with their bikes, and this one may not even have had all that much use.
