Kona Explosif 20" 853 frame for sale

I am selling this Kona Explosif 20" frame. It is Reynolds 853 and in quite reasonable condition. It is a 1999 model and i bought it new. It was my main bike for a couple of years but since then it has been a second bike and some years not used at all. It has some rubs and chips but nothing major.

It handles well and the steel gives a plush ride whilst being light. It is relatively small in height for a 20", although has characteristic longer top tube. I really like the bike, but ive got too much stuff.

I can sell with any combination of the bits on it, but i was thinking of saying - frame with o-beam seat post, seat clamp, xt front mech, xt hollow tech type bottom bracket and kona stem £250 obo.

I wouldn't hold your breath. I made an offer, not the full asking price but something I thought was fair and reasonable. I had a response saying he'd sit on the offer for a couple of days, that was more than a week ago...

It is still for sale.

Im not sure the exact weight as haven't stripped yet - will do so when sold. It was around 25lb built up with marzocchi Z2s, but some of the kit ive got on it is not quite so good now. The brochure said it was a sub 25lb bike.

Sorry to oaklec, but ive had 10 enquires so im not going to jump at an offer lower than my asking price. £250 it's yours, otherwise it will be best offer around £250.
