It's been relisted 3 or 4 times now and no one seems to want it,only thing i can think of is people may be put off because the frame and forks and stem aren't all original. They had a 93 Lavadome and upgraded the frame to a Explosif but for me i wouldn't be bothered about that because from the Lavadome to the Explosif in 93 they used the same Project Two's and Velocity stem on all them. It's quite refreshing that the seller explained that instead of just saying it's a 93 Explosif because in all honesty no one would've ever known.
I notice they've dropped the starting bid from over £300 this time which may help it sell.
If they had of included postage the first time it was listed it would've been living in Newcastle now

You know you need it and if you only need the parts you can always sell the frame and forks to me, there's always room for another 93 Explosif at the Kona sanctuary

Interesting that it has the same brakes, rear and front mech and shifters as my 93 Fire Mountain.

They've kept those parts off the Lavadome and changed the frame for a Explosif. The parts look similar but on the Firemountain they're Exage LT, the front and rear mechs and cantilevers in the pic are off my old 93 Firemountain and on the Lavadome they're Exage ES the other pic is from the 93 Shimano catalogue. The Exage ES has grey on the mechs and cantilevers the LT is silver and on my Firemountain the cantilevers were matt black. All the 93 Konas came with DX top mount shifters until the Kilauea when they went XT top mounts.
Last pic is my old 93 Firemountain apart from the bar ends it's in original spec as it would come from the shop.
Spec wise there's not much difference between a 93 Firemountain and Lavadome the massive difference is the frame and forks there like chalk and cheese.
