This is a 1993 Explosif, size 19, Tange Ultimate.

They were sold in the UK in two tone, black and silver, but this is in the USA colouring of all black. I haven't seen a black one for sale outside the US before, but possibly this indicates that they were available in Europe as well.

It's a titanium green colour, but without the camera flash it looks black.
