The paint on the Cinder Cone is Mustard and Red?

That combined with the U-Brake and rear facing seat clamp points towards 88/89 rather than 90.

Maybe for the purist the Paul Brodie influence is higher in these early models as he probably still flicked the paint at these frames, arguably makes it more collectable.

The 88/89 16" frame and has the following measurements:
center of BB to top of seat tube - 15.5"
center of head tube to center of seat tube - 20.5"
head tube length - 4.5"
Stem - 6"
