Only just finished this build, as wanted a frame to hang all my modern stuff on, Mid 90's 16 inch Cindercone, just back from Bob Jacksons, all cables re routed and canti bosses removed, really would prefer to sell as a complete bike, but would consider splitting, if enough interest. PM me for a spec sheet, but the component list alone is £2000, not including frame cost and re work. Looking for £1000 ish as want to go fully retro and got too many projects on the way. Am looking for a small retro Ti frame if anyone has one? PX Swaps for something interesting retro wise?

I'm only in the market for a frame, just really liking that....probably wouldn't take a 100mm fork though

Its got a Fox RLC 125 fox fork on it, reduced to 80mm, but as the sliders are longer on these forks, its equiv to a modern 100mm fork like a Reba. The frame is the "Mountain Shock" version, corrected for front suss. I would split, but bare in mind it has only just had a complete rebuild and Custom paint with new Graphics so think it may be beyond your budget ideas? Framework and paint and graphics stand me at £250 from Bob Jacksons as all canti bosses and cable stops were removed and re sited. then the donor frame was £85. It rides superbly though and you will not see another like it with Discs.

It is special that, not sure how different it is from my small Charge Duster in terms of ride etc though to warrant the spend!

Someone's going to get one nice bike though

Think it will be lighter and the seat angles a lot slacker on a Kona, plus with the skinny tubes, it will be a springier ride.
