lumos2000 Gold Trader Kona Fan Feedback View May 30, 2012 #15 its made from chromoly steel, its measured from center of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube. and the top tube length should be 22" but thats from memory so will have to check. and yes it has rack mounts
