Not sure but wasnt 93 the last of the Joe Murray bikes,no Kona under swirl,then 94 models had the name under it??

The decal is from 1994, as is the down tube decal (I saw your pic in the wanted forum thread).

The frame is a 1992 Cinder Cone though, so the decals must have been changed at some point. If you look at the dropouts, they are the 92 ones, quite different from the 94 ones, and the colour of your bike looks exactly the same as the 92 Cindy.

I may have a 19" 1995 Kilauea frame for sale quite soon.
