Nice to see you have raked rather than straight forks which will give a more forgiving ride, the buzz word these days is compliant ride. Nothing much to do other than check the brakes and gears are working okay. Looking at the brake blocks at the bottom of their slots means you have extra clearance for fatter more comfortable tyres so 25-28mm will be an option, I'm guessing that you have 23mm at present... she's good to go👍

Il be checking gears today , there flappy paddle I think operated at handlebars , sent you two pics of the brake blocks .do you mean distance for rubbers to move incase different rims and tyres could be fitted

Vcballbat , what tyres would be appropriate/ suit this bike , I mean what make of tyre was raced by racers in 1998 etc was looking to get a set of 700x25c for a more fatter comfortable tyre
I have been looking and noticed alot of tyre brands do a tyre with tan and black which I would go for , which would you go for tyre wise?, to point me right direction,

What size tyres are on the wheels? What do you want to use the bike for, what kind of riding do you intend to do and how much do you want to spend will help you with your tyre choice 👍
