Is it my eyes or does it have front and rear U-brakes - if so I didn't think they were on the seatstays :?: ➡️

 certainly does look like a U or a type of roller-cam. But i thought Kleins never came with such nasty brakes :?

that's not a Rascal but a Top Gun (1989). same frame as the Rascal (they were forced to drop the Top Gun name for copyrights with that film) but they indeed where available with rollercam mounts on the seat stays.

Pretty silly copyright laws when the movie took the name of something existing. Besides, everyone buying a Klein is going to be quite confused as to whether it's a movie or a bike they are buying. I imagine that they could have won a copyright case but Klein really had other priorities than to fight a multi-billion company for 10 years.

There was an Attitude that had U-brakes recently on ebay.de(?). Talked with Mr. C and he said it was probably an employee or custom bike. Unique, but I'll stay with canti-mounts.

Rascal sounds much better than 'Top Gun' The film was shit. But racal was a cool bike
