Yeah. As mentioned the jubilee clip should sort it though :lol: . For $40 worth it for the frame and what you can salvage...
 
this is the first post I've read on here since joining

and it seems a bit bitchy! Put ya claws back in, he could suffer from Dyslexia for all you know. PS: I bought that bike ;)

To be fair I think it was fairly tongue in cheek.

Anyhow welcome to the forum. What are your plans for this klein?

Definitely new forks!! The rock shox had to go! I picked up some '99 manitou sx-r for 40 quid and fitted them last night. I know they aren't "original" but they are cheap and good and will do for now! All the cabling needs replacing, the rear brake needs a good service for now but I'll be looking for a new set of brakes for it when funds permit. I have a Klein Attitude as my main bike and thought that this would make a great runaround for my girlfriend...(thats what I told her anyway!) The truth is, the Attitude is pretty sorted now and I needed something to tinker with!

I wasn't getting all PC on your ass over the previous post, it's just that the guy on ebay was a really sound bloke.

Anyway, I'll keep you posted and try and sort some piccies soon.
