Am i right in saying thats a small,im no Klein expert you see and do those MC1 stem/bars fit that frame?

Do they take a special Klein headset for it,im guessing they do.

The frame is a Klein size small yes. The one black MC1 would work with this frame. The other MC2s are just listed for sale along with that frame and are not meant to work with it.
