Yes, looks like a Mission Control except it has thru brake routing, most examples I've seen have a noodle. I'm not really Klein-knowledgeable, perhaps someone else can clarify.

Those dropouts sure look like a Pinnacle to me. I have never seen a Rascal without horizontal dropouts, but maybe there were a few.
Shape of that stem isn't like a MC1 either ... maybe something rarer ... made by the same guy that made the fork

Would go along with jimi911 defo looks like a Pinnacle with the rear dropouts for a rear rack
Stem looks like it might have been a MC1 that was cut down to make it shorter and a new handlebar welded on then a whole drilled in the middle !! :facepalm:
Or it is just a sem that someone built themselfs
