Yes you will.

Top bearing, bottom bearing and lower seal. When new frames came with three spacers by the way (if I remember correctly).

PS - the Judy forks will fit (as long as the steerer is long enough) but that separate crown will not as it's not tapered.

I see a Mag 21 MC2 for sale on eBay.co.uk right now.

Listed as Judy SL but they are not. Not sure on steerer length but looks ok.
