Klein Mantra seatpost clamp

I need a very special size seatpost clamp. The Mantras only take a 39.85 seatpost clamp and the frame I bought doesn't have it! If anyone has one I'd be estatic.

I managed to get one through the Fisher/Trek/Klein dealers here in the UK. So you should be able to get one in the US?
