Rascal, I've got a pair of those Mod-Quad 2's (they were fitted to the Sahara when new).
They are "directional" in the sense that they're supposed to be fitted so that they rotate in a particular direction. But apart from that, you put the same tyre on the front as the rear, and you put it on with the same direction of rotation.
(FWIW, they don't wear down anywhere as quickly as modern tyres, and I never had as many punctures with them as I do with modern tyres.. :roll: )
