Yeah, it really looks used to bits and certainly not NOS, especially with that nasty shop price sticker on it. I reckon whoever buys it should have this heavily used paint stripped off and repainted by Etoe:

The seller wrote this: "Zur Versteigerung kommt hier ein unbenutzter und nie aufgebauter ..."
Which translates to "blabla unused and never built up....". Still he sells it as used, which is often done when old stuff was stored for years and got marks because of that.
Of course one would have to have a personal look at it to see if it proves true. But "in dubio pro reo"
