Yes its a Box fork that was painted by Jonrock around 6 years ago.

The bike also comes with its Moonrise Rockshox which are in good order with pump.

Well, those are the colors when the lights are schwitched on.
In daylight / sunlight however, the colors are much more shiny / vibrant / neon.
You really cannot compare that.
I think, even in sunlight you cannot 100% catch the colors you actually see.
