Klein Attitude Frame

Post-Trek Klein Attitude. I'm told it's either a 1999 or a 2000 year. Some say it's not a real Klein, and I can see their point, but it is still well made, and is disgustingly lightweight.

2 problems:

1) I bought it second hand as a complete bike. At some point in the past it has been stolen and recovered. The frame number was removed by the theives.

2) I managed to break it. See the picture below. This is a common fault so I'm told. The material is so thin around the mech hanger bolt that it just breaks. I've had it repaired by Vernon Barker and the mech hanger is no longer replaceable. I've painted over the welded area but the colour match isn't great. After the repair I rode it for about six weeks, then decided I wanted full suspension instead.

I've no picture at the moment of the repair but I'll see if I can get one if people want.

It's hard to put a price on this really. Wasn't a cheap frame when new, so factoring in the repair and whatnot I reckon a price of £100 ono is probably fair.

It's located in Northampton. Could probably be posted if needed, if I can find something suitable in which to package it.

Feel free to ask questions.

How it was when I was using it:

More pics. These show the repair and the bottom bracket where the number was removed. Also have the seatpost for it which will be included.

Maybe £100 was too much. £75 anyone?

Hi mate, it's not the complete bike - just the frame, but it is still available.

Cheers,
Matt

Sitatt: Replied to your PM

Masha: The frame measures 16" centre to centre and uses a 1 1/8 headset.

Cheers,
Matt

Sorry dude, that's just too low really. I'll chuck in postage at the asking price, but that's the best I can do.

Cheers.
