Klein anti chain suck / chain control device - FOUND

Looking for the Klein anti chain suck device to fit a 1993 Klein Attitude MC1. This is the 3 hole type.

I can swap the later 2 hole device which was supplied with the bike.

The first picture shows the 3 hole that I believe I need.

The second picture shows what I can swap to.

I am obviously ready to purchase the device I don't just need to swap.
