I don't understand it yet, but let's see...

I gave him "my address"

I'm missing something...r u saying the bike isn't real? If someone did hijack an ebay account, when the payment is sent via paypal, the hijacker wouldn't be able to get at the money because it would be in the real ebay account holder's bank account, right?

when you list an item on ebay you can change the paypal address that the funds are sent to.
