Please be aware everyone that despite what I say now I will very probably not show. I do need to take it easy and rest, I am somewhat worn out, a holiday is due. Further if its forecast to rain I will definitely not be there.

Just been out on a 3 1/2 hr run over pretty easy fireroads and river paths and I'm foaked, will someone arrange for my body to be sent back home after the race- might need to take some more food, might be gone a while

What use is a spare bike unless the first one breaks at the start?
