For Sale Kelly frame and fork now on eBay

I’ve had this a very long time, you don’t seem many Kelly frames in the UK so I really don’t know how to price it. It’s in really nice condition, a bit of crazing to the decals and one paint chip under the bb but that’s about it. It’s 17” centre to top.
