I've just split for parts an old Raleigh Professional and most bits are being sold to help fund future renovations or are being karma'd.
Here I have a 1977 Shimano HC-110 (I think!) front 36 hole hub, plus a 27 x 1.25 inch Weinmann Concave rim. The spokes were too far gone to salvage. Both are in tidy condition and the rim is true, but could be further improved with a polish. The quick release skewer is stuck in the axle, but should be able to be released, or replaced with another axle.
Is anyone with the ability to build a wheel interested in these for just the postage costs.
Would prefer to send them as a pair but willing to split if no interest in them as a pair.
If anyone is interested I will find out the exact postage costs.
