60cm c-t circa 1991 black Raleigh Chiltern frame available for nowt if you can collect it from Manchester!

Structurally sound aside from STUCK BB cups - you'll probably need welding gear to remove them (ie weld on a bar to be able to turn them out). Also supplied free is a good laugh at my attempts to remove these cups!
Not bad cosmetic condition - could do with touching up, decals good and removable... no forks, headset, seatpost or headbadge.
Enclosed rear brake cable supplied, frame is designed for 26 x 1 3/8" wheels but I think it would take 700c too with shallow drop brakes. 120mm OLD horizontal drop outs.
If it hadn't have been for the BB issue I had entertained the idea of making this into a Guv'nor clone.
