Kai, a few questions not totally related to your sale....

I'm looking for a Specialized trick release (in red) (never new they were called that) and in 31.8, is the collar part of the set or is it something you added (i've only seen these seat QRs without collars) -

What are my chances of finding one in red?

When were they produced?

I did win a silver one of ebayUS but it never turned up

This is only the second one I've seen (other than my red rear QR that I am trying to match) I would have just bought it if it was the right size. :roll:

I've only seen red Trick Releases sale on eBay once, be that I've never really searched after them though. But I guess they might be somewhat rarer than the black ones.
The Trick Releases were produced from 1993 to 199X but the red ones did not come up until 1995 or later.

The collar is a part of a 199X Stumpjumper from which I bought several parts like the stem & seatpost that are for sale too. But I don't think you could buy the collar part from Specialized, just the QR binder (just my guess though).
