This looks like the absolute classic case of a bike that needs to be split up and sold in parts.
I'm not saying it isn't a good build, it's just that you're limiting your market to that tiny fraction of the community that is looking for a size 20 aluminium 1997 Kona in the week before Christmas and can collect from Windermere. There really aren't many people who fit the bill. Whereas lots of people want one or more of those parts.
My guess is you could make more money by selling the parts one by one and keeping the frame than you could by selling the bike. Then you could build the frame back up again some other time.
dont have time to split it up as im in the process of moving house,gotta get the whole place stripped and skimed in 5 days so all my time is going on the house.Hope somebody bids as im skint!
