Can anyone tell me what size seatpost this should have please (cos im itching to go shopping.... :twisted: :twisted: )

It looks like a USE post and if it has a shim it is sounds like it definitly is. The shim will not go all that far into the frame and the seatpost will only be effectivly using the top untriangulated section of the seat tube for support. I.e. old ally frame, lots of stress in one area = Crack!!

These Mani 2's are rigid..... :roll: :roll: :cry:

Just change the tyres [and the seatpost], 2.1's should make this look right, otherwise lovely bike.
