Surely you could come back with a counter offer of a different bike as this is not your size so technically useless to you, does look nice though.

I wouldnt buy to sell, as I dont think there are enough top branded bits to get enough out of it. Sure you'd get a fair bit, but in house bits, unbranded wheels, and although competent, not the choicest of brakes.
good fork, shock, a smattering of other modern bits, but I think you could do better, if parting out is the way you want to take it.

Must it be a Whyte ?, or have they approximated a price.
