as the title says, just a few bits that might be some good to people,
1) Lhd & Rhd deore xt pods, not sure what M number they are but the are 7spd and seem to work ok, they have been cut off from the brake lever, should be ok for spares or if you can find some pod mounts, £5.00 posted,
2) Suntour express 7spd shifter, £4.00 posted
3) Zoom 22.2 quil stem, 135mm reach, not in the best of condition, £5.00 posted.
