Judy SL 1995: Wavy washer installed ?

No, that's why I'm asking.

In my opinion there is only space for the wavy washer and circlip. So I think the plastic washer comes with the original carttidges.

Interesting? Because the picture you show of your cart installed into the upper tube shows that the full amount of space is there for Parts 23/24/21 in that order. You can clearly see enough space for all three and that the wavy washer would be butted against the upper lip within the leg. It also looks like you would require teh later part 23 without teh steeped profile on the rear, such as pictured on my NOS Judy SL cart kit.

I am still positive a shaft guide should be fitted before the wavy washer and circlip, I don't remember ever seeing a Judy cart or a replacement cart such as White Brothers up hard against the wavy washer and circlip without part 23?

Do you have part 23?

PS the parts in the pics I am showing are from 95/96 Judy SL /XC.

It would be good to compare the component diagrams, my own service manuals seem misplaced for these forks.
