So I just got to the bottom of why my gear shifts are so awful, both jockeys on my rear mech are totally fooked.
Obviously the rear mech is totally old now (I know right?) so I can't get the proper replacements, so does anyone have any, or can recommend any aftermarket ones?
As it's for an XTR mech I don't want to put cheap low end jockeys on, they need to be new or as good as, and they must be 9 speed compatible too. I don't really care if they are black plastic or cnc'd bling (other than the price tag of course)
