I looked at that but couldn't decide if it really was a 23 1/2 inch frame........ head tube looks a tad short ?

I thought I recognised that shed! I bought a bike off this chap about 3 years ago, decent bloke, would certainly buy stuff off him again. It's all a bit rough, but he has tons of old frames!
