Polite notice:

...If anyone says they are going to have the item I will take it you will HAVE the item and the item is therefore SOLD to you.

I've had a few people back out after they've decided otherwise.. usually with cr*p excuses such as "I unexpectantly won a similar item on ebay".

Its not so much the inconvenience but more to do with the wasted time in packing the item up and getting your address on it in the first place.

Please, its a real pain in the ass having to repackage with new adresses so once the sale is agreed - stick to it.
