It's no whyte jw-2 but it was a very kind karma from LGF and what with the lack of work/wages it's very very gratefully received.

I have this that cost me £25 from the local Sue Ryder a while back...

to use to populate this

Plus the original disc wheels from the whyte and some bb7s so should be enough to cobble something together? Oh and maybe some other forks.

Re:

If anybody wants the specialized frame and fork and original seat post and saddle for a tenner plus postage? I’ve got the box.........

And what's the deal with the 'supecalibre' name? I had one of them once with the circlip fit BB. Nothing like this....

Funny thing is, it ended up with LGF.

Re:

Will get some attention soon as other issues have settled. Swmbo has been in hospital for a week so not had much time/head space. All good now though. Home with new regime.

Tyres weigh as much as the bike!

Re:

More Bobby than Jeremy on first ride until I tuned the rear shock. Rides ok. Forks are adequate at best. But good enough for a shed build.
