Based on the bolt pattern, I'd say it's a Judy brace.

Not sure if it helps but here's some
Measurement :

Lower holes for brakes - 81 mm across ( c to c )
Upper holes for brace - 94 mm across ( c to c )
Diff between upper n lower - 24 mm ( c to c )
