Offering Jan de Reus frame with very nice Galli needle bearing headset
The circa 1980 frame is built by masterbuilder Jan de Reus from Zwanenburg (NL). Jan's frames were always nicely made and have excellent ride characteristics. A very agile and sturdy chassis that enables you to go quick round corners and that can deal with the old innercity circuits that are typical for Dutch criteriums. The Reus will feel equally at home on the Strade Bianche. Reus' frames were the choice of many Dutch pros (large manufacturer pro bikes actually being Reus' in disguise).

The headset
The headset is a very nice, very durable and pretty rare Galli needle bearing unit in excellent shape.
Condition of the frame
Falls short for winning concours with, but is excellent for rides like l'Eroica or RRvV. Some rusty spots, only surface. For example on top toptube (cable rub) and under downtube. Structuraly the frame is 100%. There is a small couple mm hole in the seattube, but it can easily be ignored (all metal around, no rust or whatsoever). I will include two rolls Velox Tressostar cotton bar tape in black. Proper tape for your Reus.
