Jamis Auora 1995

Hi All,

Got my old bike for sale, owned this since new back in 1995. Its a Jamis Auora with all original parts.

The bike is currently located in Southampton but I can get it up to West London if that's easier. (or drop it off along the way if you're in between)

Bike is in running / working order.

Anyone interested, price wise, £120 or offers. Not so sure what an old bike goes for these days!

what size is the frame?

I'm pretty sure its a 19.5" frame, don't have the bike here to measure/double check though. Mate who's 6ft rode is a couple of weeks ago without issue.

am quite tempted. any chance you could get the bike boxed up if i pay for and arrange the pick up? subject to approval by the missus too

To be honest, I've never thought about boxing a bike up for postage so wouldn't know where to start. Could you collect? I can get the bike up to Ealing, West London.

bit far from me i'm in colchester.

boxing process is as follows

go to halfords and get a free bike box

take of front wheel, pedals, seat and post, and handle bars with stem attatched to bars.

place the main part of the bike in box with front wheel on non drive side

saddle at back of box

handle bars tucked down drive side of frame

pedals wrapped and chucked in

simples
